Detectives are continuing their investigation into the murder, which occurred at a flat in Dungannon on Thursday evening. The victim was discovered with serious injuries and subsequently died.

Initially, four men were taken into custody in connection with the incident. However, police have confirmed that one man has since been released. Three men remain in custody and are assisting police with their inquiries.

“This was a brutal and senseless act of violence," a police spokesperson stated. "We are determined to bring those responsible to justice.”
