Forza Horizon 5 Crosses the Finish Line on PS5
Get ready to rev your engines, PlayStation fans! Forza Horizon 5 is officially arriving on the PS5 on April 29th. This open-world racing gem, previously an Xbox and PC exclusive, is bringing its vibrant recreation of Mexico to a whole new audience. And the best part? It features cross-play support, allowing you to race with your friends regardless of their platform.

Forza Horizon 5 on PS5 comes in three digital editions: the base game ($60), the Deluxe Edition with the car pass ($80), and the Premium Edition, including all DLC ($100). Pre-ordering the Premium Edition grants early access on April 25th. Plus, a new free content update, Horizon Realms, is coming to all platforms, adding new in-game achievements based on the game's dynamic world.
Playground Games has also detailed the graphics modes available. The standard PS5 offers a 60fps performance mode and a 30fps quality mode. PS5 Pro owners can expect "increased fidelity" in performance mode and ray-traced car reflections in races and free roam.

Review: Sorry We're Closed – A Stylish Dive into the Underworld
Sorry We're Closed is a unique indie title that's been making waves with its striking low-poly graphics and bizarre storyline. In our review, we found ourselves captivated by its blend of horror, action, and quirky humor. "Everything about Sorry We’re Closed sets my little punk heart ablaze," says our reviewer. "From its low-poly 3D graphics and banging original soundtrack, to its casually epic storyline starring heartbroken club kids and horny demons."
The game follows Michelle, who is drawn into the spiritual world by the archdemon The Duchess. The Duchess is cruel and desperate for love, and Michelle has a limited amount of time to discover why she’s been chosen and how to escape the curse with her life intact.
"Sorry We’re Closed is campy, relatable, gruesome and gorgeous. You could say the same about The Duchess."
With its engaging combat system, reality-bending mechanics, and a cast of memorable characters, Sorry We're Closed offers a truly unforgettable experience. The game is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Plus, a premium physical edition for Switch and PS5 is on the way!
Split Fiction: A Co-op Adventure Divided
Finally, we take a look at Split Fiction, a co-op adventure game that aims to recapture the magic of titles like It Takes Two. While the game boasts impressive visuals and engaging cooperative gameplay, it ultimately falls short due to weak writing. The game's dazzling co-op adventure elements are overshadowed by a narrative that fails to fully connect with players.

That's all for this week's gaming roundup! Stay tuned for more news, reviews, and updates in the world of video games.
