In a separate development, the debt cancellation conditions proposed by the Treasury have sparked controversy. 14 PP councilors blocked Montero in a meeting, arguing that the conditions were set by Esquerra rather than the Treasury Minister. Montero denounced this protest as "unprecedented disloyalty" and a "dereliction of duty."
