Stefania Nobile, the daughter of controversial teleshopping personality Wanna Marchi, and her ex-partner Davide Lacerenza have been arrested in Milan, Italy, on charges related to drug trafficking and operating a prostitution ring. The arrests are connected to a popular VIP venue in Milan called La Gintoneria, which has now been seized by authorities.

Davide Ariganello, a collaborator at La Gintoneria, was also taken into custody. According to reports, the venue provided not only beverages but also drugs and escort services to its clientele. The investigation has led to the freezing of assets totaling 900,000 euros.
"King of Milan" and Luxury Lifestyle
Lacerenza, a 59-year-old entrepreneur, reportedly referred to himself as the "king of the nights in Milan." He was known for his extravagant lifestyle, often seen driving around the city in a customized Ferrari valued at 300,000 euros, featuring distinctive fire-red side panels. His arrest has drawn considerable attention, with curious onlookers gathering outside the seized venue on via Napo Torriani, taking selfies in front of the closed establishment.
One client of Lacerenza allegedly spent a staggering 641,000 euros over three years on escorts and cocaine, including a single night where they spent 70,000 euros for "complete" services offered by the head of Gintoneria. This lavish spending highlights the scale of the alleged criminal enterprise.

Controversial Background and Connections
Stefania Nobile's past is also under scrutiny. Known for her previous success in TV sales and a subsequent conviction for fraud, she has attempted to distance herself from other controversial figures. In 2023, she stated, "We have nothing to do with Ferragni," referring to Italian influencer Chiara Ferragni. Nobile also presented herself on Instagram as the "official agent" of Davide Lacerenza.
The investigation has uncovered further alleged activities, including Lacerenza's suspected involvement in maintaining offshore accounts in Lithuania and a peculiar habit of reattaching bottle seals. Furthermore, authorities have noted that Stefania Nobile and her mother, Wanna Marchi, were frequent visitors to the now-seized venue on via Napo Torriani.

The case continues to unfold, with authorities investigating the full extent of the alleged criminal network and the flow of illicit funds.
