Toyota Motor Manufacturing Czech Republic is celebrating its 20th anniversary. The factory, located in Ovčáry near Kolín, began production on February 28, 2005. In 2023, the plant exceeded its production plan, manufacturing 225,058 cars – a significant increase of 32,631 vehicles compared to the previous year. This milestone underscores the factory's importance as a key engineering hub in the Czech Republic. Since 2021, the factory has been fully under Toyota's control, marking a new chapter in its operational history.
